**Requirements**:
- Student of Accounting, International Business, International Relations, Administration.
- Advanced English.
- Teamwork, enthusiastic, committed to service.
- Availability from 7:00 to 16:00.
- From 6th semester onwards.
**Activities**:
- Invoice 1 reports mailbox (Freight reports)
- Clear out inbox before and after invoicing.
- Billing Mailbox - Check count of invoices and for any errors or changes.
- Review Manual Billbacks.
- LBRS Errors - Review of billbacks for their processing.
- Daily BOL reports.
- A-Bills.
- Shared Service inbox.
- credit memos
- created and send to customer.
- Sysco and Dot Portal Billbacks.




- Clear approved billbacks with open deductions.
- Create credit claims for any approved billbacks not take by a deduction.
- Customer Payment Spreadsheet
