_**JOB OBJECTIVES**_
Manage the process, administer and control the flow of projects to ensure that requirements are met as established at the beginning of the project and follow up with the client's planning.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**_
1) Project management
- Cooperate with sales team, client, RD, QC, Costing, supplier, WH, customs and business for project
management.
2) RFP / RFQs
- Confirmation of drawing specifications with RD and Client before quotation
- Price review with costing and supplier
3) Award - Account set-up / Audit / Schedule control / Sampling / Pilot run / NPI info confirmation
- Account Setup: Closing Agreement/Customer/Vendor Files/Billing and Shipping Information etc.
- Audit: Preparation of documents and processes according to the client and the requirement of each
department
- Project Schedule Control: Track the process to start the project on time
- Sampling: Confirmation of draw with customer, RD and supplier when FAI is granted/approved
- NPI: LT / SPQ / CBOM / Cost / Price / Weight / Confirmation of billing, shipping and customs
information
4) MP: Cooperate with CS for production schedule/PO/inventory/delivery/supplier management
- Production schedule: Follow the master plan to match the delivery time
- PO:



Review the content of PO/SO (including billing and shipping information, cost, price, payment,terms, margin...etc, all are correct as agreed during development stage).
- Inventory: Ensure inventory quantity matches SO or FCST demand without unreasonable idle stock.
- Delivery: Ensure delivery documents, packaging method and quantity align with customer demand.
- Supplier: Communication with the supplier regarding the purchase order, delivery and any other
issues.
5) Quality complaint
- Check quality problems in detail, notify quality control team and suppliers for action plans.
- Defective quantities are recorded and reported for credit note or replacement.
6) Collection of payments
- Ensure that customer payment is arranged and made on the due date according to the payment term.
- **EDUCATION**_
Bachelors degree
- **EXPERIENCE IN THE POSITION**_
Minimum of 2 years in the same position
Knowledge in the packaging industry
Knowledge of packaging materials
