**People and Culture Coordinator**
**Job description**:
Responsible for the internal processes of organizational development and well-being of the company at three levels: individually with employees, in groups according to campaigns and departments, and organizationally.

- **Requirements**:
- Advanced English level
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Full availability to work in the office and full-time schedule
- Excellent knowledge of psychological first aid
- **Responsibilities**:
- Create a positive work environment.
- Identify and help operations and leadership solve specific attrition risk problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
- Work with suppliers.
- Perform Employee Engagement and Exit Surveys on a regular basis and present results to the Management team.




- Engagement Surveys by campaign every 3 months
- One on Ones whenever is necessary
- Hold “Focus Groups” on a regular basis and provide input to the leadership team.
- Perform Exit Interviews and report findings on a consistent basis.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, based on feedback, trend analysis, etc.
- Presence on floor weekly
- Solve or mediate employee’s complaints.
- Manage and improve the current benefits that the company offers.
- Responsible for internal openings and development plans
- Develop career plans
- Develop job descriptions
- Provide inspire program courses
- Develop development programs
- Ensure that standard 035 is in compliance.
- Update evidence folder on a daily basis.
- If necessary, provide emotional support and psychological first aid.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
Work Location: In person
