We are looking for talent for the Product Development area for the Chassis-Suspensions system for our Engineering Technical Center.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering: IMA, IME, Mechatronics, Aeronautics or similar.
- At least 9 years of experience on product development.
- English Advanced
- Mechanical design background, suspensions/axles knowledge preferred.
- Engineering process (Releases, Validations, DFMEAs, DFSS).
- Design tools (Unigraphics, TeamCenter, CDMS).
- GD&T;, FEA,Stack up analysis.
- Competencies: Excellent communication skills, delegations and coaching skills, problem solving.
Responsabilities:
- Design and development of new products for chassis, focused on suspensions components, according to International guidelines and process.
- Promotes cross functional teamwork, collaborate with suppliers, lead technical discussions and presentations.
- Organize and prioritize time to achieve completion of tasks and ensure completion of deliverables for programs, ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.
- Serves as a central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality,



and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement may last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle.
- Solves complex issues and problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions and using applicable functional knowledge and existing methodologies. Understand and cascade customer and business needs.
- Serves as a resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Trains, guides and mentors other professionals or colleagues with less experience.
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel, lead functional teams or projects, and serve as a best practice/quality resource.
