Primary responsibility of this resource is to understand the business workflows and then translate that into developing an end-to-end automated testing framework, ensure automated testing framework is standardized with the team from the inception to go-live. Automated test framework should improve the quality of our testing and speed of delivery. Hands on experience with Automation Test Framework development. Experience with the following:
- Developing an automated test framework
- Agile methodologiesTightly integrated testing framework with the CI/CD pipeline

**This position´s location is in San Pedro Garza García, Reciente León, will be worked a Hybrid Work from Home Scheme.**
**Responsibilities**
- Work with Business, Engineering (Dev) & other teams to understand the CHUBB technology landscape.
- Understand complete document ingestion domain / business knowledge.
- Design and develop automation solutions that meet organization standards and build reliable, reusable and maintainable automated regression suites & test harnesses using Selenium and other technologies.
- Execute and tune performance testing. Estimate and perform risk analysis for quality delivery
- Come up with the industry standard best practices to be followed for testing.




- Responsible for designing and implementing Automated System, Performance, and other types of testing across program.
- Create tools and frameworks with quality code to simplify testing scenarios.
- Uses strong testing skills to provide guidance and assist project staff
- Focus on building efficient solutions for Web, Services/APIs, Database testing requirements.
- MUST have Data Analysis experience with Python programming language and API testing, tools and techniques to implement in the project
- Participate in internal/cross team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment. Involved in requirements review and participate in architecture/design reviews with an emphasis on test automation strategy and ensuring best practices. Participate actively in functional, system and regression testing activities.
**Requirements**:
- Hands-on Automation QA experience with various teams in a matrix organization
- Understanding and knowledge of cloud is a plus such as AWS/Azure, containers, dockers, etc.
- Experience or knowledge of Selenium, Java, SQL, Python.
- Experience in APIs (SOAP and REST), UI and Database testing SQL/PL-SQL, writing SQL queries, stored procedures and RDBMS.
- Should have hands on Automation QA experience.
- Should have experience or good knowledge of automation test tools like Selenium, QTP, Cucumber
- Good to have experience in automating RPA/API/DB integration processes and help with performance testing.
- Experience in refactoring and extending test automation frameworks and suites as necessary
- Exposure to distributed source control systems such as Git
- Experience of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices and experience in Agile methodology is a plus
- Experience of testing micro-services is a plus
- Experience with Test Data Management and mapping automated test code coverage
- Experience in developing Test Plans and Test Cases, engage in Exploratory Testing, creating and maintaining Defect Reports
