This position will be responsible to lead and provide guidance from strategic and NPIs’ projects execution. Also, will be responsible of interaction and leadership of cross functional teams, to move internal enterprise projects along by prioritizing and defining new opportunities for the business, providing support through business analysis and facilitate functions interaction, contributing to business strategy and performance. Provide leadership, challenge and support in the design and testing of internal controls and KPIs.
Principal
**Responsibilities**:
- Project management and improvement of NPIs processes to accelerate execution and evaluation between functions, promoting team engagement.
- Development and implementation of agile methods that support fast risk identification, align to Element strategy.
- Ensure benefit realization and internal solution adoption to improve profitability and efficiency by offering process improvement opportunities.




- Business analysis regarding NPIs potential and market value, and internal strategic projects.
- Market analysis and assessment to improve competitive visibility.
- Work with cross functional teams to drive issue resolution and develop contingency plans to support delivery commitments.
- Works side by side with Business leaders in the identification of possible new solutions and projects, aligned to internal and external client’s needs and requests.
- Education and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in project management or financial services
- Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering
- Team leadership experience
- Agile methodologies knowledge
- Advanced English (oral and writing)
