**The Job**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cloud Reliability Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Cloud Reliability Team, providing hosting support for tier ERP products. This internship offers a pathway to a full-time position upon successful completion, allowing you to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and innovative environment.
**What you will be doing**:
- Assist the Cloud Reliability Team in providing hosting support for tier ERP products.
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in the development and implementation of automation tools to improve system reliability.
- Document processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
- Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
**What could set you apart**:
- Strong interest in cloud computing and system reliability.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and their hosting requirements.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Understanding of networking concepts and system administration.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
