Service Representative I
- THE POSITION
- A Service Representative I will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to support the Marketplace Team and assist with booking and fixing issues brought up by customers/service providers. They are expected to be proactive in claiming and resolving assigned issues for orders within a timely manner. We expect integrity and consistent follow up with issues they are assigned. This role will require you to work a minimum of two weekend days a month.




- WHAT YOU DO- Enthusiastically answering customer calls- Treat all customers, but especially customers sent from our Partners, with the customer service expected by our center.- Calling Outbound leads assigned to you on a daily basis- Model excellent customer sales and service skills- Follow correct procedure when resolving customer and service provider issues-
- Actively claim and resolve customer issues correctly.- Manage workflow so that every customer is addressed within a timely manner- Stay on top of time sensitive issues- Keep a kind and positive tone while working with upset customers and service providers- Foster teamwork- Meet metrics for your given position- Any other additional tasks assigned by management
