Local Sales Agent I
- WHAT YOU DO- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner- Input data accurately into software platforms- Upsell and promote products/services- Meet individual sales and performance metrics- Maintain a high level of customer service on all calls- Assist with on-the-job training for new contractors when needed- Follow guidelines for breaks and lunch breaks- Participate in special projects assigned by management (such as role-playing, shadowing, other training needs, product testing)- Perform other related duties or projects, as assigned
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Quick recruitment process through video calls.- Pay rate: MXN 93.00 an hour- Monthly Potential bonus: USD 325.00. _As far as the bonus, the amount is USD $325.00 per month. The bonus will be disbursed in Mexican Pesos (MXN),

- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.- 1 year of experience in sales- Leadership skills to help motivate and implement account accountability within team- Strong focus on process development/improvement in all areas tied to this department- Build processes and efficiencies to prevent limitations- Support organization’s overall vision, mission, values, strategic and financial goals- Act as a role model within the organization- Display flexibility by supporting all groups within PMG- Ability to work independently while maintaining creative thinking- Work full day schedules and weekly full-time hours- Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.- Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that- meet our minimum requirements
