In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing top-notch support in both real estate and immigration matters. Fluency in French is required to effectively communicate with our French-speaking clients and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee client cases related to real estate transactions and immigration processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders in both English and French.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, inspections, and appointments.
- Provide clients with guidance and support throughout the real estate and immigration processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:




- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in case management, real estate, and/or immigration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
