**We’re Hiring: Customer Care Representative**
**Location**: _On-Site Only_ - Av. P.º Río San Miguel 75-Planta Alta, Proyecto Rio Sonora Hermosillo XXI, 83270 Hermosillo, Son.
**Compensation**: Up to **$5,000 Monthly** (_$2,496 base salary + $2,504 performance bonus_)
**Schedule**: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM **WEEKENDS OFF!!**

**About the Role**
Do you excel in outbound sales and have the communication skills to connect with people? Energized Health (EH) is looking for dynamic individuals who can confidently explain our revolutionary internal cellular hydration protocol and inspire clients to take control of their health. If you’re ready to use your sales expertise to make a real difference, we want you on our team!
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage inbound and outbound interactions to convert leads into sales.
- Explain our health protocol in detail to clients, particularly older adults.




- Build strong relationships and trust with clients, inspiring them to improve their health and wellness.
- Achieve weekly conversion and sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Interest in health and wellness, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
**We Offer**:
- Up to $5,000 weekly. $2,496 base salary, plus up to $2,504 bonuses.

**Training**:
- 2 weeks:
- Week 1: 9am to 5pm.
- Week 2: 7am to 4pm
