Support development of, and track SSM strategic planning priorities and goals
- Develop and maintain multi-year Business strategy
- Support Functional leader in the organization and running of the business (staff meetings, special assignments, etc.)
- VP SSM Agenda & Calendar coordination
- Gathering and attending correspondence for the VP SSM
- Help with travel materials prep (i.e., check in, binders)
- Travel and Event Planning & Logistics/Expense Reports
- Review of VP SSM top priorities & official communication
- Support VP SSM Budget management & updates
- Point of contact with key stakeholders as required
- Maintaining comprehensive data records (ILM Process)
- Support on admin documentation
- International GM visits coordination (agenda, presentations, etc.)
- Work on reports & minutes
- Close communication with other MEC BPs
- NA Leadership requirements (i.e., Staff meetings, Budget, mailouts)
- VP SSM Presentations & Talking Points (as required)
- Attend VP SSM Meetings, assist as required, and provide input
- Coordinate executive-level activities, assignments, and deliverables and other internal/external events and forums.
- Built and strengthened relationships with key members of the Dealer Network relevant to GMM's commercial strategy.
- Reviewed and reported VSSM Strategic Pillars KPIs for GMM BP with Staff.
- Supported VSSM VP in communicating and developing annual strategic planning.

- Strong background in Microsoft Office - Highly proficient in Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of Corporate/unit policies and procedures
- This role demands a proactive approach in aligning commercial teams with other areas of the company, supporting the business goals achievement
- High level of analytical ability where problems are complex, dealing with ambiguity to manage end-to-end processes, customer focus and interpersonal skills to work effectively
- Proficient level of English (Fluid conversation)
- Well-developed oral and written communications skills
- Look Ahead, One Team and It’s on me behaviors to develop integral and useful reporting solutions
**Experience/Education**:
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economy, Actuary, Data Science
- Administration, data analysis, economics and business environment awareness, information summarization and storytelling
- Cross-functional experience preferred, with sales/service/marketing/product development/manufacturing experience
- Experience in similar position 3-5 years
