**About our client**:
A company that provides a variety of building maintenance services for commercial and residential properties. They are dedicated to keeping properties clean, safe, and well-maintained.
We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to provide support in the following activities:
- Handle calls from customers to schedule or request service quotes.
- Creating and updating customer profiles and work orders for maintenance services.
- Coordinating maintenance services.
- Inputting data into spreadsheets and various platforms.
- Assisting the billing department by answering customer questions and sending invoices.
- Prepare and send customer reports to update work orders.
**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday
- _Regular schedule:_ 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST MX
- _During daylight saving_: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. CST MX

**Minimum requirements**
**MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).**
- Back-office experience (not call center).
- Proficiency in managing computer operating systems.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms.
