JOB SUMMARY:
Key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.




PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position will help develop talent acquisition strategy and execute it efficiently.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other HR matters.
- Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and cross-functional teams to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Manage job descriptions.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of experience in similar role
KNOWLEDGE:
- Advanced English
- Ability to handle customer relationship management, internally and externally
- Must be able to work independently and proactively
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
