Responsible for creating new digital media concepts in line with audience preferences and follow up activities related to internal and external communications.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Development of new graphic concepts for social and other digital media
- Follow-up on our brand ambassadors program content, user experience and analytics
- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
- Assisting the general communications team with concept creation
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal departments
- Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a similar field.
- Experience creating strong, engaging content.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
