Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Digital Hub Mexico & Global Operations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital operations, project management, and lean manufacturing. The intern will work closely with various departments to support digital initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital projects and initiatives.
- Support the coordination and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement through lean manufacturing methodology.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, or a related field.




- Strong interest in digital.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- 85% English spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of digital tools and platforms.
- Basic understanding of project management principles (JIRA, Agile)
