**What will my duties be?**
As a **Payroll Supervisor** at Auxadi, you will play a crucial role in optimizing payroll processes through the integration and use of advanced technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Payroll Processing**: Manage and oversee the calculation, production and delivery of payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable labor laws.
- **Technology and Processes**: Utilize and manage processes to streamline payroll tasks and improve efficiency.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensure compliance and processing of all obligations related to payroll and Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT and federal and local authorities. Participation in
- **Labor records management**: Manage and supervise employee records, including registrations, registrations, terminations, variations before Social Security, contract adaptations, calculations of severance payments and personnel settlements, etc., using digital platforms.
- **Other**: Collaboration in expatriate calculations and other tasks related to personnel administration.
- ** Team collaboration**:Train and work closely with your team to offer complete and accurate services.

**What are we looking for at Auxadi?**
We are currently looking for payroll specialists with experience in professional services firms.
In addition, it is important that you have:
- ** Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting.**:
- **Fluency in English**:
- **Previous experience of at least four years in the integral process of local payroll in Mexico and supervision.**:
- **Experience in managing personnel in charge and assigning various projects**:
- **Experience in expatriate calculation and issuance of CFDI's**:
- **Proficient in Excel and large databases.**:
- **Proficient in payroll systems and Social Security systems such as SUA, IDSE, etc.**:
- **Great attention to detail and ability to adapt to a multitask environment.**
