The Closing Specialist is responsible for:
(1) Ensuring that all setup and update requests received from requesting areas comply with approved credit and pricing conditions. These must be consistent with the legal documents signed by Element and the customers’ legal entities.
(2) Creating the Closing Memo to accurately and promptly reflect the operating conditions for economic groups, related companies, hired products, or updates in the operating systems.
(3) Supporting the Legal team in reviewing legal documents before customer signature to ensure that sign-up versions align with business-approved conditions.
(4) Generating metrics related to day-to-day operations to monitor current and past requests, and to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Principal
**Responsibilities**:
Closing (review compliance of setup requests with risk and pricing approvals)
- Review legal documents (Loan/Lease Agreements, Conditional Sale & Services Agreements) to ensure alignment with approved pricing and risk conditions.
- Collect additional documentation as needed to confirm compliance.
- Compare each request against the corresponding checklist to verify completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain updated checklists for each product.
Creation of the Closing Memo template in Salesforce
- Upload the approved Terms & Conditions into the Salesforce Closing Memo template.
- Attach all necessary supporting documents and submit to the Setup team for system upload.
- Notify relevant teams (Risk, Insurance, Implementation, Requestor) once the transaction is completed, enabling them to perform complementary processes.




Contract and Legal Documents Review
- Support the Legal team by reviewing sign-up versions of customer contracts to ensure alignment with approved financial terms.
- Provide asset-related data to the Legal team for drafting Transfer of Rights and Obligations Agreements.
- Review final versions to confirm consistency with the information provided.
Operational Metrics Generation
- Record all received requests in the department’s consolidated transaction file, tracking key data such as reception date, detected issues, follow-up actions, completion date, and affected clients.
- Conduct monthly data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree level education required.
- 5 years of experience in managing administrative tasks.
- Prior experience reviewing documents and/or coordinating different teams is highly desirable.
- Experience generating operational metrics and identifying process improvement opportunities is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Business-level English is a plus.
Knowledge and Competencies
- Attention to detail and accuracy in the review of supporting documents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams (Legal, Risk, Sales, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting operational metrics is desired.
- Analytical thinking to identify inconsistencies, flag issues, and propose process improvements.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to follow-up and resolution of operational issues.
