We are seeking a forward-thinking Strategic Advisor with deep expertise in telematics and data-driven strategy to help shape and guide our organization’s next phase of digital transformation.
Providing expert guidance and data-driven strategies to optimize fleet operations, reduce costs, improve efficiency and enhance overall business performance. Working close with clients to analyze their fleet needs, recommend solutions and support the implementation of best practices in fleet management, sustainability and technology integration.
Principal
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a trusted advisor to execute leadership on the strategic use of telematics and connected solutions.
- Translate telematics and sensor data into actionable business insights to drive growth, safety, and operational excellence.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of data-centric strategic initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory development in telematics.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of telematics-driven initiatives.




- Support customer implementation of recommended actions and track realization of cost savings through standard or customized dashboards and customer reviews
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data science, economics or other business-related curriculum.
- +5 years of financial analysis/modeling experience. Desirable experience in Consulting Firms / Automotive Industry. With focus on telematics, connected systems, or data analytics.
- Experience with data visualization, dashboarding tools, and advance analytics.
- Strong knowledge of telematics platforms, GPS tracking, IOT, and cloud data infrastructure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry-related risk, tax, operational fields.
- English spoken/written proficiency: Advanced level
- Strategic Thinking, Analytical
- Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholder.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, ClickView, Spotfire, Power BI)
- Desired Characteristics_
- Master's degree and 6+ relevant years of work experience including, but not limited to: Direct sales, Business Consulting, Automotive Industry &/or Database management experience.
- 2 years of sales experience (or a minimum of 2 years of transactional experience in financial services)
