What our HR Specialist do:
Supports the recruiting needs of Latin America organization with recruiting strategy development, ad placement, resume screening and interview coordination.
- Partner with and assist managers, employees, TTI Corporate payroll team and the Mexico payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely processing of the Mexico employee payroll.




- Maintains Mexico employee personnel records in accordance with legal and corporate standards.
- Provide general administrative/clerical support to the Latin American Human Resources team.
**What we look for**:
- 3-5 years of related experience to include human resources, payroll, customer service, and general office experience. Degree in related field (e.g., Human Resources) preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Excellent teamwork skills and someone who can redirect activities to help others as needed.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail skills.
