**MANUFACTURING ENGINEER**
The** Manufacturing Engineer** is responsible for supporting various departments in activities related to manufacturing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow-up on validation, implementation, and documentation activities for new processes
- Validation and documentation of new products and materials
- Implementation of improvement action plans and problem-solving initiatives
- Participation in audits
- Implementation of lean tools, problem analysis, and continuous improvement
- Providing support to other departments
**Qualifications (education, experience, personal attributes)**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering or similar
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish - English)
- Valid visa and passport
- Advanced knowledge in automation
- Advanced knowledge in machines and tools
- Experience in CNC programming (lathes and machining centers)
- Knowledge of PLCs and drives
- New product and tooling development
- Proficient in the use of measuring instruments
- Geometric tolerances and plans interpretation
- Solid works or similar
- Proactive
