**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for performing the day-to-day accounting activities for the Treasury.
- Expense voucher preparation, payment with necessary approval & reconciliation with system.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Provide updates to the financial controller on any problems with payments by doing review in case the payments are rejected and taking necessary corrective action
- Assist with month-end closing and support the Auditors with necessary backups after the Month end close per request.
- Respond to requests, working papers, observations, and/or audit findings.
- Downloading electronic account statements for reconciliation with SAP
- Reviewing and Booking expenses relating to Credit card Payments.
- Downloading Proof of payments for Bank Website for every payment and maintaining the supporting documents for Audit purpose.




- Supporting the financial audit on a monthly and yearly basis as per request from Auditors
- Reconciliation of Bank at month end close, Follow-up on the open items with relevant parties.
- Go getter attitude and ready to extend shift timings as per business requirements.
- Write-off accrual and clearing for invoices received.
- Reviewing the Intercompany differences, adjusting entries wherever required
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Advanced business conversational English (Accounting terms)
