**_Position Summary _**
**_The Regional Manufacturing Engineer develops, implements and maintains operation methods, sequences and processes in the current manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. _**
**_Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. _**
**_Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. _**

**_Job Description _**
- **_Engineer with deep interaction with plant operations but also supports business unit's needs. _**:
- **_Participates in the assessment, evaluation, planning and execution of projects where productivity is the main target. _**:
- **_Standardize processes and production methods between multiple factories to reach the best way to do it. _**:
- **_Interfaces with strategic organizations for the execution of time sensitive projects to maximize manufacturing capabilities while creating resiliency within the company. _**:
- **_Support advance manufacturing teams abroad to successfully install new tools, machines, and equipment in local facilities where the person is based _**
**_Mandatory requirements: _**
- **_BSc in Engineering with focus on industrial, mechanic, electric, mechatronic, systems and similar _**:
- **2- 4 years in similar position**:
- **_Advanced English, above 85% with fluent conversations and technical terms _**:
- **_Projects Implementation and methodology _**:
- **_Knowledge of lean methodology tools and practices _**:
- **_Knowledge of costs/finance concepts _**
**_Scope of actions: _**
- **_Projects to be led impact plants operations, but also business units. _**:
- **_Project leadership and interaction with multiple departments within the factory and corporate _**:
- **_Identify savings opportunities and reflect them in financial evaluations, costings. _**:
- **_Public speaking skills when presenting projects to senior leadership _**
