We're looking for a pair of eyes still learning how to focus, but already recognizing the beauty of good light.
We're not just looking for a photography assistant.
We're looking for someone who listens with their eyes, who can read a gesture before it happens, who understands that a photograph begins long before the shutter clicks.
You don’t have to be an expert — but you should know your way around a camera. You should understand the difference between hard and soft light, and have an instinct for when to move and when to be still.
You’ll work closely with the lead photographer — not just supporting with equipment, but observing, learning, and contributing your own vision.
**Must-haves**:




Some knowledge of photography (you might be a student, freelancer, or self-taught — what matters is how you see).
Fluent English — most of our work takes place in English-speaking environments.
Willingness to move, adapt, learn, and grow on the go.
Comfort with carrying equipment, and confidence to speak up when you have an idea.
