We need someone who can look at a calendar and see more than dates — someone who sees the story behind every schedule.
**You’ll coordinate everything**: photo shoots, timelines, deliverables, cross-functional check-ins. You’ll make sure the photographer, their assistant, the creative teams in Mexico and the U.S., and every collaborator along the way are moving in sync toward the same goal.
You are fluent in structure but not rigid.



You’re organized but don’t interrupt the flow. You hold people accountable but with empathy. You believe deadlines can coexist with dignity.
**You’ll be responsible for**:
Building and maintaining production calendars.
Ensuring timelines and deliverables are clear and met across all teams.
Coordinating between the Mexico and U.S. teams to guarantee a unified result.
Being the point of contact between creative, logistics, and leadership.
Keeping projects moving without disrupting the process.
