We’re looking for a **Sales Support Specialist** (Entry-Level, On-site) to join our sales team in Ciudad Juárez. In this bilingual role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting with customer proposals. This is a full-time, in-office position with strong growth potential within our sales organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage detailed product quotations using CRM/ERP systems.
- Contact suppliers to gather pricing, lead times, and product information.
- Track pending quotes and ensure updates are shared with the sales team.
- Support sales operations through data entry, reporting, and order processing.
- Maintain organized records and ensure product/customer data is up to date.




- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with CRM/ERP systems.
- 1+ year of experience in sales support, customer service, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn about industrial products.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
