What will your day be like at ACPS Automotive Qro as a Quality Manager?
**Position Authority**:
Stop any operation or activity that poses a risk to product safety or any aspect within the organization, notifying the relevant areas immediately according to the organization's escalation plan. Also, communicate with the customer to negotiate or address issues related to product quality and safety, generating alerts, action plans, procedures, formats, and/or appropriate strategies for the process to ensure product quality and safety. The authority also includes stopping material for shipment due to suspicion and/or non-compliance with the quality requirements of the product required by the customer, with the intention of ensuring satisfaction and safety of the delivered product.
**Position Responsibility**:




Responsible for ensuring the implementation and execution of the quality system to guarantee compliance with all requirements defined by customers to ensure the reliability and safety of manufactured processes and products.
Conduct strategic planning of the quality management system. Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the quality policy and certifications. Manage quality performance indicators of the company, contributing from the APQP phase. Contribute to the selection and proper performance of suppliers.

**Admission Profile**:
Academic degree: Industrial Engineer in quality, manufacturing, or a related field.
Knowledge in: IATF standard, ISO 14001, CSR, ISO 19011:2011, business English, VDA.
Minimum experience: 3 years in a similar position in the automotive industry.
Desired experience: 8 years in a similar position in the automotive industry.
