**Job Description** The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A; in a few words**:
As a **Senior Financial Analyst** **- FP&A;**, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of a fast-growing global company. Reporting to the FP&A; Manager based in Canada, you will transform complex data into clear insights, support strategic planning, and collaborate with business leaders to influence decision-making and drive performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Budget Preparation and Management**:
- Prepare, plan, and support the entire budgeting process, including identifying optimizations and rationalizing budget needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive budget planning.
- ** Financial Analysis, Reporting and Presentation**:
- Conduct variance analysis to explain financial results and trends, and provide detailed project-specific account analysis.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including internal reporting packages and presentations for senior management.
- Develop and prepare quarterly presentations for the management and the Board of Directors, including detailed financial analysis with qualitative business insights.
- ** Tool Development and Support**:




- Develop and support financial tools and systems, ensuring their integrity and effectiveness over time.
- Be familiar with and capable of using Power BI and SQL for financial analysis and reporting.
- ** Ad-Hoc Projects and Business Partnering**:
- Support various ad-hoc projects and requests from the finance team and senior management.
- Act as a business partner to different departments, providing financial insights and support to achieve organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- ** 3-5 years in FP&A;, corporate finance,** or** strategic finance roles**.
- ** CPA**designation or equivalent.
- ** Advanced knowledge** of **Excel**, **Power BI**, **PowerPoint**and **basic SQL** for **data extraction**, manipulation, **analysis** and presentation.
- ** Bilingual**(**English** and **Spanish)**, both spoken and written.
- Experience in **financial analysis**, **budgeting**, and **reporting** within an **international** and **multi-company environment.**:

- Ability to work on **multiple projects**, while meeting **deadlines**for reporting and other deliverables.
