**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for financial matters related to the establishment of the factory in Mexico, including financial accounting, financial analysis, tax compliance, and fund management.
- Participate in the formulation and implementation of the annual business plan, providing financial professional support for business development.
- Handle local tax declarations and tax planning, appropriately complete local audits and tax inspections, ensuring the company's tax compliance in Mexico.
- Control business operational risks from a financial perspective through contract approvals while effectively managing financial risks and related costs.
**Qualifications**:
- Basic knowledge of ORACLE ERP systems, Excel, and other office software.
- Comprehensive financial professional knowledge with experience in accounting and financial management.
- Familiarity with Chinese and Mexican accounting standards, as well as relevant financial, tax, and audit regulations and policies.
- Knowledge of financial reporting in Mexico and proficiency in either English or Spanish.
