**OVERVIEW**
This position works closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing groups to develop, implement, and
manage the on-time completion of the Master Production Schedule. Managerial experience meeting dynamic market driven environment demands, such as on time delivery strategies, inventory turns increase, and profit and loss understanding is a plus.
- Utilization of Materials Requirements Planning systems to offer 99.5+ customer service levels.
- Maintain and develop stock programs as defined by Sales and Materials department.
- Assure that problems relating to delivery, quality or production are promptly resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures.
- Will be responsible to meet inventory targets for finish goods and raw materials
- Develop strategies to ensure material availability to meet production plans.
- Maintain and continually improve the quality management system in the areas assigned with a “risk management” approach.
- Assure compliance to company procedures, policies and most current revision of ISO 9001 standard.
Experiência y requisitos
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:




- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in materials management, planning and/or operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, and negotiation skills,
- Successful track record of Achievements,
- Expertise managing high exposure projects,
- Ability to learn quickly and willingness to take on new challenges,
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills,
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish,
- Skillful managing sense of urgency, and
- Team oriented individual.
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience working with engineering changes and design on NPD projects
- ERP Oracle, PeopleSoft Manufacturing experience
- Ability to manage high exposure projects
- Lean manufacturing or Lean six sigma experience
