Functional objectives:
- _On-Time Delivery Compliance and Improvement Percentage_
- _Generate ideas for improvement._
**Is responsible for**: Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timeliness of required project deliverables and objectives.
- _Oversee new operations-related projects to trigger related activities._
- _Define the general project planning based on the initial requirements._
- _Identify and communicate potential risks throughout the project._
- _Manage the execution of activities._
- _Measure and report delivery times for each project._
- _Maintain budget, documents and other records in computer systems._
- _Monitor acceleration, identify and communicate requirements, risks, and propose actions._
- _Serve as the primary contact for projects._
- _Organize meetings, reports,



and the necessary structure to ensure communication, understanding, participation, and follow-up with project team members._
- _Understand local, regional, and general suppliers and customers to minimize project costs_
- _Manage project closure activities (learning and best practices)._
- _Ensure that the process is executed in accordance with HARTING guidelines and that all process users follow them._

Education and professional knowledge: Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related.
- _3 years of experience in a similar position, experience in manufacturing is desirable._ _
