We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Product Owner** to lead our large-scale Salesforce Implementation project.
This role demands strong communication and client management skills, as you will play a pivotal part in shaping the roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing business processes to maximize the value of Salesforce and CRM solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with business owners, product managers, and users to identify opportunities for enhancements and process improvements
- Partner with the technical architect on designing and optimizing Salesforce features and functionality
- Guide the solution architecture, ensuring alignment with non-functional requirements, integration needs, and future functional design
- Model business processes to identify areas for streamlining and efficiency gains
- Conduct design review sessions and ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, managing relationships and resolving concerns effectively
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring delivery of high-value features within the project timeline
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive project execution and deliver business outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, proposing adjustments as necessary to meet business objectives
- Stay updated on emerging trends in Salesforce and CRM to leverage new opportunities for improvement
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Product Management or similar roles
- Knowledge of Salesforce or strong experience with CRM platforms in general
- Background in business process modeling and process optimization strategies
- Skills in client relationship management, communication, and stakeholder alignment
- Familiarity with solution architecture principles, integration landscape planning, and functional design
