We are seeking a dedicated and innovative **Product Owner** to lead the implementation of a large-scale Salesforce project, driving forward enhancements and streamlining processes.
This individual will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across all project phases.
**Responsibilities**
- Define and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Collaborate with business owners, product managers, and users to identify opportunities for process improvements and feature enhancements
- Work with the technical architect on business process design and optimization of Salesforce features and functionality
- Take ownership of the overall solution architecture, including non-functional requirements and integration landscape
- Lead discussions during design review sessions and align with the client on key functional design decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain an implementation roadmap for future features
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, deliver updates, and capture feedback
- Ensure business processes are modeled correctly and optimized for efficiency and scalability
- Oversee functional testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Salesforce implementation, or CRM projects
- Strong Salesforce knowledge or experience with other CRM platforms
- Expertise in leading client-facing communication and stakeholder management
- Understanding of business process design and familiarity with process improvement methodologies
- Capability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with development teams
**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of integration frameworks or tools used within Salesforce landscapes




- Familiarity with non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, or security in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Background in enterprise-level implementation projects across multiple teams
