We are seeking a dedicated and innovative **Product Owner** to lead the implementation of a large-scale Salesforce project, enhancing processes and improving overall functionality.
This individual will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery throughout all project stages.
**Responsibilities**
- Define and prioritize product backlog items to align with business objectives and user requirements
- Collaborate with business owners, product managers, and users to identify ideas for process improvements and feature updates
- Work with the technical architect to design and optimize Salesforce features and processes
- Own the overall solution architecture, including integration landscape and non-functional requirements
- Lead design review sessions and reach agreement with the client on key functional design details
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain an implementation roadmap for future features
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to set expectations, provide updates, and capture input
- Ensure business processes are accurately modeled and optimized for scalability and efficiency
- Oversee functional testing and validation to confirm solutions meet business expectations
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Salesforce implementation, or CRM-focused projects
- Proficiency in Salesforce or experience with other CRM platforms
- Expertise in managing client communication and stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of business process design and familiarity with process improvement methodologies
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with development teams
**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of integration frameworks or tools used in Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with non-functional aspects like performance, scalability,



or security considerations in Salesforce projects
- Background in delivering enterprise-level implementation projects involving multiple teams
