**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Operations / Logistics - Hundreds of customers across Coachella Valley, California
- Develop a schedule for all repair work, determining what can be done in a day and which person is best qualified for each job.
- Develop efficient routes for cleaners who visit 20 customer houses each day, by adding / removing houses to help build more efficient routes.
- Define systems and processes for efficient business operations. Identify tools and software systems the business should adopt as we grow.
- Customer service - Most customers are vacation property owners, property managers and snowbirds, who require a sense of urgency to resolve issues.
- Understand customer needs and problems to determine the best course of action. Problem solve to find the quickest and most affordable solution to an issue.
- Create new customer profiles and jobs in the software system. Provide repair estimates.
- Invoicing / Accounts Receivables - Modern technology systems for invoicing
- Track repair work and costs, ensuring margins are adhered to for all work and invoices
- Work to minimize late and delinquent accounts.
- Send monthly invoices for cleaning service and daily invoices for large repairs.




**PROFILE QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Knowledge in plumbing, construction and related fields (architecture, civil engineering, construction supervisor and related fields)
- Experience coordinating and managing groups of people or operational personnel
- Administrative experience and knowledge
- Bonus points if you have knowledge and/or experience in operations at a Pool Cleaning & Maintenance company.
- Knowledge and use of software or software implementation

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**:
$36,750 - $45,150 MONTHLY GROSS
$1500 FOOD STAMPS + 4% SAVING FUND + PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE + LIFE INSURANCE
