We are seeking a **Senior Cloud Engineer** with expertise in AWS and competence in GCP to join our team and drive the development and management of cloud infrastructure.
The role focuses on optimizing web components while incorporating data and integrations to ensure a scalable and secure environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Build and manage cloud-based infrastructure with a strong focus on AWS solutions
- Configure and manage cloud networking to ensure maximum performance and security
- Set up, manage, and optimize ELK/OpenSearch clusters for monitoring and analytics use cases
- Use Terraform to deploy and manage infrastructure as code for scalable and repeatable setups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business requirements
- Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and optimized for cost-efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues to maintain uptime and performance
- Enhance automation capabilities for cloud deployments and infrastructure workflows
- Monitor resource usage and implement recommendations for environment optimization
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience with cloud environments and DevOps practices
- Fluency in Python with the ability to automate workflows and optimize infrastructure
- Proficiency in AWS with hands-on experience in deploying and managing services
- Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code implementations
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing ELK/OpenSearch clusters
- Strong background in cloud networking and database management solutions
**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform solutions and services
- Capability to work fluently across both AWS and GCP environments
- Understanding of hybrid cloud deployments and multi-cloud strategies
