**Job Title**: Appointment Setter and Recruiter (Insurance Agent Recruitment)
As an Appointment Setter and Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential insurance agents who may be interested in joining our team. You will engage with new and existing leads to qualify them, provide information about our company, and schedule appointments for these prospective agents to speak with our recruitment team. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to new leads and warm prospects interested in becoming licensed insurance agents.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to determine their interest and suitability for joining our company.
- Provide clear information about the process and benefits of joining us as an insurance agent.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for potential recruits to speak with our recruitment team.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and interactions in our CRM system.
- Answer any questions or concerns potential agents may have about the enrollment process.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets for calls and scheduled appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and outreach efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in recruitment, customer service, or telemarketing (experience in insurance recruitment is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Ability to engage and qualify leads, handling objections as necessary.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic office software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
