Summary
Manage the human and material resources of the engineering department to ensure the availability, presentation, and proper maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment, control systems, and hotel rooms, ensuring the quality of service and availability of all property assets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or technical degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.
- Detail-oriented for understanding complex systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, fire codes, and environmental standards.
- Experience with building management systems (BMS) and preventive maintenance programs.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
- Math skills, including calculus and other advanced mathematics for developing new processes and products.
