**Role Overview**:
As a **Teaching Assistant**, you will work alongside teachers to support pupils academic progress and emotional development. You will play a key role in helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the class teacher in lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, as needed.
- Encourage student engagement and positive behaviour.
- Assist with classroom preparation, resources, and activities.
- Communicate effectively with staff and contribute to a cohesive school environment.
**Requirements for TA**:
- Previous experience as a **Teaching Assistant** or in a similar educational support role.
- A proactive, patient, and caring attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- ** An up-to-date CV** covering the last 10 years (with no unexplained gaps).
- ** Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service** or willingness to apply.
