**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Scrum Master** to support cross-functional agile teams in the **financial services sector**, particularly in projects involving **credit/debit payments, banking operations, or digital finance platforms**. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong focus on **delivery, structure, and removing blockers**, rather than extensive coaching responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, ensuring proper execution of Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
- Guide teams in following Agile practices while maintaining delivery focus and alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with **Product Owners, business stakeholders, QA, and development teams** to ensure sprint commitments are met.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments to facilitate smooth delivery and team performance.
- Maintain **transparency of work** through dashboards, Jira/Agile tools, reports, and standardized agile metrics.
- Support teams in delivering **high-quality financial software solutions**, while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Work with geographically distributed teams and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team and support agile maturity without needing to coach other Scrum Masters.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- **5-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master** supporting agile software delivery teams.
- Advanced **English skills** verbal and written.
- **Proven experience in the financial industry**: banking, credit/debit transactions, payment gateways or related domains.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of **Agile and Scrum principles**, with hands-on experience managing cross-functional sprints.
- Comfortable working with **Jira, Confluence**, and agile reporting tools.
- Experience working with **remote and/or offshore teams**.
- Able to prioritize, multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
**Nice to Have (preferred)**:
- Familiarity with **compliance-heavy environments** (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX, or financial auditing standards).
- Exposure to SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks.
- Experience with **project delivery in fintech, banking platforms, or payment systems**.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
