We are seeking an **Automation Tester in Java**to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-performing software solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Create and implement automated testing frameworks to validate software quality
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to align testing efforts with project objectives
- Evaluate testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans for all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Build and maintain test scripts for automation testing of E2E and REST services
- Track and communicate test execution outcomes, resolving any issues identified in the process
- Enhance and optimize testing methodologies and tools to improve team efficiency
- Integrate testing processes into DevOps workflows and pipelines to streamline delivery
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in automation testing
- Experience implementing the SCOTT Pyramid for testing strategies
- Knowledge of managing databases in testing environments
- Understanding and practical use of Clean Architecture principles
- Proven experience with automating tests for E2E and REST services
- Ability to document and carry out test certification processes
- Experience working with AWS services
- Familiarity with the Screenplay design pattern for test automation
- Proficiency in tools like Selenium, Gherkin, and Cucumber
- Understanding of DevOps tools and workflows
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, at a B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of version control systems such as GIT
- Experience in managing and assessing risk matrices
- Expertise in designing and creating use cases
