**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness and align the team to achieve them
- Develop long-term operational strategies and aligning them with the broader business objectives to drive profitability and growth
- Monitoring the day-to-day operations by establishing and maintaining metrics and standards to measure the company’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicating policies and directives to managers and staff and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of financial principles as they relate to manufacturing operations to make informed decision,



ensure financial targets (budgets, forecasts) are achieved, and able to communicate with financial professionals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs to ensure manufacturing processes meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Manage and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, can build a sustainable high-performing team and foster a collaborative work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Automotive experience
- Automotive electronics manufacturing background
- Previous experience as a Plant Manager
- Strong leadership and team building skills, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing manufacturing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of manufacturing professionals
- Strong collaboration skills with support functions - Program Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Planning, etc
- Excellent understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Understand and interpret financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to make informed decisions
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry trends and advancements
