**Your New Job**
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.




- Assisting with the delivery of personalised learning plans and EHCP targets.
- Supporting students with communication difficulties, including non-verbal learners.
- Promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social development.
- Collaborating with therapists and external agencies to ensure consistent support.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- Experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs.
- A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to behaviour and emotional support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
- Qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certificate, Team Teach, or experience with PECS/Makaton are advantageous but not essential.
