**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver MFL lessons that cater to a range of abilities
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and interventions as needed
- Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and participate in departmental planning
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and learning
- Engage with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support student progress and wellbeing
**Minimum Requirements**
- **Experience**:



At least 1 2 years of experience teaching MFL in a UK secondary school, with a good understanding of KS3 and KS4 curriculum requirements
- **Training**: Strong classroom management skills and experience with differentiated instruction. Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, organisation, and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils
**Background Checks**

- **Extensive experience** in teaching MFL at GCSE level with proven student success
