**Position Objective**:
To manage, analyze, and optimize last mile logistics operations, ensuring on-time deliveries, controlling parcel carrier costs, and monitoring performance. You will be responsible for both operational and administrative control of final-mile deliveries, with a strong focus on customer experience and cost efficiency.
**Responsabilidades**:**
- Monitor and ensure on-time delivery (OTD, OTIF) performance from last-mile providers.
- Validate and control parcel carrier billing (rates, penalties, SLAs).
- Analyze delivery data (routes, lead times, incidents, returns) to drive operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with transportation providers, including performance evaluations and contract compliance.
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and finance teams.
- Generate operational and financial reports related to last-mile deliveries and logistics costs.
- Propose strategies to optimize routes, reduce transportation costs, and improve service levels.
- Support transportation audits and cost reconciliations.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering,



Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in last-mile logistics, parcel delivery, or transportation (required).
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with TMS, WMS, or ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of key logistics KPIs: OTD, OTIF, NPS, lead time, returns.
- Conversational English - minimum B2/C1 level (able to communicate with international providers or general teams).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
