We are seeking an experienced **Senior Business Analyst**to join our team and contribute to the development of impactful solutions that drive organizational growth.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product strategies, create roadmaps, and ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-value projects, influence decision-making, and optimize business processes.
**Responsibilities**
- Work with business stakeholders to identify key personas and define essential product functionalities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines upcoming releases, initiatives, and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to establish a delivery plan focused on maximizing product value
- Coordinate with BA and development teams to translate high-level backlogs into actionable tasks and user stories
- Conduct market research and engage with customers to gather and document requirements for product features
- Evaluate and document the customer journey to enhance user experience and ensure product alignment
- Track product milestones and provide updates to stakeholders on progress
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software development
- Demonstrated success in launching products or key product features
- Experience working with Agile product development teams
- Strong communication,



interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to advocate for user-centric solutions in complex situations
- Proven capability to influence decision-making across various organizational levels
- Expertise in managing client expectations effectively
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Experience conducting impact analyses, identifying process changes, performing testing, and engaging with stakeholders
- Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and succeed in dynamic business environments
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher

- Experience in data engineering, data science, or data analytics
- Background in the marketing industry
- Prior experience contributing to the development or implementation of data or marketing platforms
