We’re looking for a **Sales & Marketing Associate** to act as the link between our U.S. Business Unit Managers and our Mexico operations. This hands-on role combines **lead generation, appointment setting, CRM management, and marketing execution**, with a strong focus on **tracking and reporting KPIs**.
**What you’ll do**:
Schedule and confirm meetings with prospects & clients
Execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns
Maintain CRM and prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports
Support presentations and commercial materials
**What we’re looking for**:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications,
or related field
1+ year of experience in sales, telemarketing, marketing, or customer service
Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and growth-oriented
Bonus: experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation
