**JOB SUMMARY**
Assist supervisor to ensure the company´s compliance, prepare strategies to dispose scrap correctly with out risks for the company.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide legal support to internal users who require assistance with customs matters in order to maintain compliance with the various promotion programs or certifications offered by the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and the Ministry of Economy (SE), and manage the checklist of all obligations that must be met to avoid cancellations or suspensions of such programs or certifications.
- Timely report any situation that jeopardizes the company's benefits in order to provide correct and timely guidance to avoid risky situations.
- In relation to the above, it will be the responsibility of the trade compliance analyst to make the necessary notifications to the authorities regarding changes made to the company's organizational structure, as well as any notifications that must be made in accordance with general trade regulations, always complying in a timely manner.




- Develop strategies that allow the site to remain in continuous customs compliance.Similarly, it will be the analyst's responsibility to maintain the certifications required by company policy, as well as to keep up to date with foreign trade matters in order to have sufficient knowledge to perform their duties correctly.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- General knowledge of Trade Compliance - Mx Customs current legislation.
- Demonstrate initiative, positive attitude, professional mannerisms, and commitment to personal, team and company goals.
- Strong and convincing communication skills.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s in international business Degree, Foreign Affairs or related.
- Experience in Trade Compliance and customs operations (Desire but not necesary)
- Consistently work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of current customs legislation, Tariff and no tariff regulations, AEO and C-TPAT, Maquila operations and different programs that comes from IMMEX as Prosec and 8th Rule benefits or other foreign commerce programs.
- Capable of doing Data Stage monthly reports.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.Written and spoken skills in both English and Spanish languages.
