The LEGO Continuous Improvement Department (LCI) focuses on creating the necessary competencies for continuous improvement at all levels of the organization to achieve the strategic objectives defined each year; which is achieved through training and ensuring the correct use of the available improvement tools as well as the involvement on strategic productivity projects.
**Core Responsabilities**
- Data collection and analysis to detect productivity projects.
- Support LCI team on strategic DMAIC productivity projects.
- Update VSM to detect improvement opportunities
- Document and update internal processes.
**Do you have what it takes?**
- Education: from 7th semester and above preferably _Industrial Engineer or similar bachelor's degree. _**_(Availability to remain in the role for 12 months) _**
- Data collection and Data Analysis understanding.
- Knowladge on Industrial Engineering methods and tools (VSM, Line Balance, Time and Motion study)
- Knowledge of Office tools specially Excel, Power Point and a plus if any Microsoft Platform (like Power BI, Power app, Forms, etc.)
- Good verbal and written communication both in Spanish and English
- Proactive, responsible
- Able to work independently but also energized/thrives in a team environment
- High level of cooperation and teamwork
