**Recruiter Wanted - Build a Winning Door to Door Sales Force**

**We are looking for a recruiter who has been in the field, someone who knows what it takes to hire true door to door sales professionals who knock, hustle, and close.**
**This is not corporate. This is fast, high volume, results driven recruiting. If you have built teams of gritty, hungry closers before, we want to talk to you.**
**What This Role Is**
- **Door to door focused - you will recruit appointment setters, closers, and lead generators who work the field**:
- **High impact - every hire you make drives company revenue**:
- **Creative and resourceful - you use every channel available: job boards, Facebook groups, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, even competitor poaching if needed**:
- **Remote role with leadership opportunities for top performers**
**Responsibilities**
- **Hunt and recruit field ready sales reps who thrive in door to door environments**:
- **Post across job boards, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, and build referral pipelines**:
- **Run sharp, short interviews to quickly qualify for mindset, grit, and money motivation**:
- **Work with leadership to meet weekly hiring targets**:




- **Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as interview to start ratio, rep retention, and activation speed**
**What You Bring**
- **At least 2 years recruiting in door to door industries such as solar, roofing, alarms, pest, or telecom**:
- **Strong understanding of what makes a real field sales rep versus a pretender**:
- **Comfortable using Facebook groups, Indeed, LinkedIn Navigator, and direct sourcing strategies**:
- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:
- **Persistent, persuasive, and self driven - you do not wait for instructions, you make it happen**:
- **You thrive in urgency because you know recruiting speed equals company success**
